General
The provider of BridgeCore Talent Network is IT FIRST Robert Paramuszczak, sole proprietorship (JDG), with its registered office at ul. Borowej Góry 4/35, 01-354 Warszawa, Poland, tax ID 835-147-99-43, CEIDG entry (Polish sole-trader register).
The service lets IT specialists, project managers and tech recruiters create a talent profile and be matched to BridgeCore client projects.
The service is free for talent. Creating an account means you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
These terms take effect on 2026-10-08.
Definitions
Service — the BridgeCore Talent Network platform at https://bridgecore.pl.
User / Talent — a natural person who creates a profile for potential project collaboration.
Account — the User’s password-protected account.
Client — an organisation for which BridgeCore searches for specialists. A profile is not shared with a Client before BridgeCore contacts the Talent.
Administrator — the IT FIRST Robert Paramuszczak team authorised to review applications.
Scope of the service
The service is used to collect profiles, review applications and contact talent about matching projects. It is not a public job board and does not guarantee employment, an assignment or a specific rate.
BridgeCore may invite the Talent to a verification call, ask for profile updates, or reject an application if the data is incomplete or outside the purpose of the service.
A profile is presented to a Client only after BridgeCore has contacted the Talent. This does not happen automatically.
Account and registration
To use the panel you must provide true data, including first name, last name, email and a password (minimum 8 characters), and accept the required declarations.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for actions taken from your account. Lost access should be reported to kontakt@bridgecore.pl without delay.
You may not create an account using someone else’s identity, submit misleading information, or use the service for spam, scraping or unauthorised access.
BridgeCore may suspend or delete an account if these terms are breached or if you request it.
Profile, CV and rates
You confirm that the information in your profile and CV is true to the best of your knowledge. Rates and collaboration preferences are visible only to the BridgeCore team, not to the public.
You may mark experience as covered by an NDA and provide an anonymous description.
CVs are stored outside the public web root and are available only to administrators for verification.
Communication
Project-related contact uses the email address you provide. Administrators may also receive messages via Telegram if that account is linked.
Consent to contact about matching projects is required to submit a profile. Optional consent to keep the profile for later searches can be withdrawn by writing to kontakt@bridgecore.pl.
Intellectual property
The name, layout and software of the service belong to IT FIRST Robert Paramuszczak or its licensors. You keep the rights to the content you submit and grant IT FIRST Robert Paramuszczak a non-exclusive licence to process it solely to provide the service.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. BridgeCore takes care to keep it working, but is not liable for downtime, Client decisions, or the consequences of false data submitted by the User.
To the fullest extent permitted by Polish law, IT FIRST Robert Paramuszczak’s liability is limited to damage caused by wilful misconduct.
Complaints
Complaints about the service can be sent to kontakt@bridgecore.pl. We aim to reply within 14 days. If the matter needs more time, we will tell you.
Changes and final provisions
We will announce material changes via the service or email. Continued use of the account after the effective date means acceptance, unless Polish law provides otherwise.
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. Disputes are submitted to the court with jurisdiction over the Provider's registered office in Warsaw, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
If any clause is invalid, the remaining clauses stay in force.
